Horses have a way of healing you without saying a word. In one of the hardest times of my life, God brought light into my world through them. That light came when I needed it most, reminding me that even in my darkest moments, God sees me and knows exactly what I need. Today, I went to grab Rip’s saddle, and I noticed a little cross hanging from the side of it. It stopped me in my tracks. It felt like a clear sign from God, reminding me why He brought me here and why everything has happened the way it has. Every time I get on the back of a horse, I’m not going to lie—I’m always a little scared. But every time I push through that fear, I feel stronger, more powerful, and more in control. It’s not just a metaphor; it’s real. That feeling of overcoming my fears is something I’ve started applying to my life. It’s so addictive in the best way—it makes me want to try again and again, building my confidence each time. Even though working with horses is hard, it’s also incredibly rewarding. From the early mornings to the physical effort, there’s something deeply satisfying about it. There’s no better feeling than seeing the results of that work and knowing I earned it. Horses have brought so much happiness and strength into my life. They’re not just animals—they’re part of my healing. Spending time with them gives me peace, joy, and courage. Through this journey, God has also connected me with people who share my values and goals. They’ve helped me see what no longer serves me and reminded me to focus on what truly matters. When I’m with horses, I feel closer to God. They’ve helped me find joy and hope again, and I’m so thankful for the strength they’ve brought into my life. Even in the hardest times, God always finds a way to show us His love.
